The Australian Centre for International Justice together with other jurisdiction co-leads of the Global Magnitsky Sanctions Coalition – Human Rights First, Open Society Foundations, REDRESS and RWCHR – have published the latest semi-annual update on global Magnitsky-style sanctions.
The report covers significant developments of the use of targeted human rights and anti-corruption sanctions in Australia, Canada, the US, the UK, and the EU from July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
